American multinational clothing company, this AP role will be based in Barcelona, Spain.

Primary Responsibilities/Accountabilities:

Responsible for providing service and executing end to end processes as well as coordination and continuous improvement of current business processes within the assigned functional area of the organization.Responsibilities include, but may not be limited to the following:

• Executes end to end process to support the company mission and vision.


• Executes against key performance indicators that drive continuous improvement and staff performance.


• Promotes an understanding of company roles, processes and activities to the business partners.


• Ensures adherence to company procedures and guidelines supporting internal and external control environments.

Job Function/Purpose:Successful applicant will be assigned to the Accounts Payable department.

Job responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: guide and direct International locations and / or suppliers on the payables process, making sure that they understand the process flow, timely and accurate invoice submission requirements, as well as system enhancements, training and communications. Duties may also include initiating payments, reconciliations, process enhancement projects, and vendor master information maintenance and sub-ledger closing. Some processing may be required.
