Performs a wide variety of admin assignments within the legal department and their respective team.
Assists with the following tasks: assists with a variety of activities for the corporate maintenance of the client
company; updates and/or prepare official documents, such as deeds, contracts, minutes, certificates, tax registrations. Assists with the incorporation of companies and/or shelf companies; assists withinvoicing,handing over of companies files, etc.compliance process, banking set-ups.
Resolves routine administrative tasks. Assists TL and AM within their team.
Establishes, maintains, processes and updates files, records, certificates, and/or other documents.
Preparation and filing of all forms to comply/communicate local authorities the corporate/tax information i.e 030, 036, Mod 600, 840, D4, D8, D1, D5, Bank of Spain reports, FNMT etc …
Updates Minutes Book, Shareholders Register and Compliance fomrs . Keeps the compliance files of the clients of the team duly updated.

Records their time accurately and within deadline being responsible for having received the input from AM/TL on the time writing.
Understands TMF Groups' business lines and how the organisation is structured.
Understands and applies control and risk and governance frameworks consistently.
Builds and maintains relationships at all levels across the Group.
