Closings and reporting

Financial statements taking into account business management contexts, independent and responsible control of monthly financial statements and annual statments in order accounting for the DEUTZ New Engines and Service plants, processing of errors ocurring within the scope of the monthly / anual financial statements, coordination of the reports for the goods in movement in the sales departement; preparation of the inventory report for further processing for the presentation of working capital.

Analyse differences inside order closing routines

Monthly analysis of occurring differences in results where accounting and internal accounting deliver different results, independent definition of corrective measures and training of users in the event of technical operating errors in the context of the order management in the above mentioned plants of the company code 0001.

Process and independent case-related development of check routines to ensure the desired data quality in the order acounting of the DEUTZ AG in coordination with the specialst departements and the IT departement with regard to technical processes and master data, monitoring the processes

check orders in hand ( unfinished goods as work in process) Processing monthly content review of order backlogs with regard to recoverability; review of missing order backlogs, revenue postings, goods issue postings or goods receipt postings,check of partial invoices in the work in process accounting,initiate missing bookings in coordination with the responsible controlling and sales departements as well with the controlstations inside production and goods receiving departements.

Cost analyses for the preparation of technical improvements within the order accounting process,independent development and optimization of procedures within order process and inventories

standard pricing
Support standard pricing in daily business for production and purchased materials also as back up

inventory counting
Support of Inventories counting preparation and acceptance of inventories for the Deutz AG together with the local production managers

Tu perfil
Excellent German skills
Excellent English skills
Degree in Finance and Accounting
Solid knowledge of the industry incl. general logistics / production and accounting processes
basic SAP/FI and/or SAP/SD and PP experience
Soft skills: Motivation to work remote and in team; Flexibility in terms of job rotation; Strong communication skills; Strong ability to understand, drill down and comunicate complex and cross-functional topics and processes; Solid Presentations skills; Used to communicate with different stakeholders, ability to draft, express and process work packages,
