Data protection management system (OneTrust):

• Documentation


• Analysis

Process Management:

• Development and implementation of data protection processes (Group level)


• Policies and Trainings


• Documentation at (Consens Platform)


• Managing data subjects enquires and data breaches

Risk Management:

• Identify vendor risks on data protection issues


• Analyse reasons and address to responsible department (sales, logistics, warranty department etc.)


• Follow up on claims clarification incl. reporting to credit manager

Reporting:

• Setup and Reporting


• Prepare internal and external assessment

Communication:

• Interdisciplinary communication within the Group and externals (e.g. business partners and authorities)

Key User Activities:

• Contact for team lead CGN


• Contact for data subjects requests


• Contact for Group Data


• Reporting to team lead and technical supervisor CGN


• General tasks

• Your profile:

• Excellent German skills


• Excellent English skills


• Solid knowledge of the data protection law (GDPR) incl. General processes


• Degrees in law and Data Protection and or IT-Security


• Professional knowledge on OneTrust Platform (Data Protection Management System)


• project management experience


• Soft skills: Motivation to work remote and in team; Flexibility in terms of job rotation; Strong communication skills; Strong ability to understand, drill down and communicate complex and cross-functional topics and processes; Solid Presentations skills; Used to communicate with different stakeholders (managers, banks, auditors, consultants); Project management skills, e.g. ability to draft, express and process work packages, set objectives thereof
