Tasks:

Tariff classification: Determine and maintain commodity codes according to the Combined Nomenclature and German customs tariff numbers according to the electronic customs tariff..
Using all available technical information on the part to be classified (drawings, standards, technical use, technical contacts at Deutz AG)
Maintenance in SAP GTS
After training: In compliance with the classification rules and the general rules
After training: Taking into account the explanations and notes of the combined nomenclature and the harmonized system.
Continuation of the list of classification rules
Checking and adjusting the commodity codes in case of changes in the combined nomenclature or revisions of the harmonized system (usually in the period before the turn of the year)
Processing of supplier declarations from the supplier side
Requesting and reminding supplier declarations
Checking supplier declarations received
Correspondence with domestic (German) and foreign suppliers
Maintenance of preference data in SAP GTS
Maintenance of origin data in SAP GTS and SAP ERP
Processing of customer supplier declarations
Issuing supplier declarations
Processing customer enquiries
Correspondence with domestic (German) and foreign customers
Upload of import documents (digital storage) in SAP GTS.

Your profile:

Personal requirements
Degree in business administration or engineering
Technical understanding
Technical knowledge of DEUTZ products is an advantage
Readiness for further training (especially with regard to origin of goods / preferences and tariff classification)
Accuracy, independence, initiative
Application-safe Office skills (Word, Excel, Power Point)
SAP knowledge is an advantage
