Customer Service with Dutch (night shift)

Our client, Bosch is a leading company in its field and currently is expanding its the Mobility solutions customer service team for the Dutch market.


As a Customer Representative, some of your daily responsibilities will be:

Providing Concierge Services to clients: Personal assistance for information and bookings on the move. Provide information to the client and answer all claims, concerns, suggestions, or queries related to the contracted service.

Emergency Calls Response: Vehicles automatically transmit all data relating to accidents. Your mission will be to immediately contact the vehicle occupants and coordinate further measures.

Coordinate Roadside Assistance for drivers: Bosch Roadside Assistance provides support in the event of breakdowns or accidents. Based on the diagnostic, your mission will be to arrange the appropriate assistance services (repair, replacement car, a hotel and onward mobility.

Track stolen vehicles: You will help your customers to locate and recover their stolen vehicles.

Permanent contract full-time job (30 days probation period).
Work five days per week. Two weekends per month are OFF.
Salary: 19.000-21.000 gross per year. (Composed of a base salary: 15.777,22€ Gross per year + 1339,80€ gross per year for language plus + 1339,80€ gross per year Language Adder Netherlands + 24€ gross per month home office plus + 60€ gross per month as a non-fixed bonus (after six months) + 294,58€ gross per year per Sunday plus.)
Work from home. Including working from other European Union countries up to 15 days per day is permitted. For candidates living in the province of Barcelona, Madrid or Pontevedra we offer the hybrid working model (3 weeks from home - 1 week from the office). Candidates in other locations can work 100% remotely.
