Local Purchasing & Masterdata Manager

Grupo Crit multinational HR selects for an important reference company in the plastics sector in the process of national and international expansion, it needs to incorporate a Local Purchasing & Masterdata Manager to its staff.

Your Tasks:

* Responsible for the operational purchasing tasks.
* Negotiating and dealing with local suppliers on a professional basis in cooperation with relating colleagues from group procurement
* Analyzing and forecasting your operational targets in a focused way
* Acting as a key interface between local suppliers and different internal departments
* Ensuring savings (Cost reductions and cost avoidances)
* Good awareness of cost analysis for product selection and creation
* Attending fairs and exhibitions Your short-term targets (first 6 months):

* Self-sufficient in:
* Manage the relations with our central procurement department
* Written and spoken English language by phone and in person
* Purchase of PP on the current level
* Purchase of IML on group level
* Purchase of masterbatch developing the group of suppliers focus in savings
* Purchase all the needed resources for the whole OPCO

* Educational background (university) in a commercial sector preferred
* Experience in the full scope of purchasing challenges of at least 3 years
* Strong analytical, factorial and qualitative technical skills
* Experience of working in a worldwide organization preferred
* Strong negotiator and have a good level of emotional intelligence
* Excellent written and spoken English language skills are required
* A talent in self-organization and structured working
* Microsoft Office skills especially MS-Excel is mandatory
* Focused in team-work
