Important opportunity based in Galicia with a Multinational environment




  • Supervising the Performance of the team to meet all agreed SLA through KPI including: Maintaining and monitoring performance of the team as well as initiating corrective and preventive action in areas affecting performance

  • Ensuring that all Service Level Agreement provisions are followed

  • Ensuring that the team carries out the Order To Cash processes which includes Payment application / On account and Transitory account Clearance / bad debts and write offs/ refund /billing / billing document exception handling / collections management

  • Reporting for all locations as per the specified SLA

  • Analysing root cause for lapses in timeliness and accuracy in the regular processing and reporting activities and take necessary corrective and preventive action

  • Timely reporting to the Finance Shared Services on the day-to-day team performance and issues

  • Ensuring that all the reports generated out of the process both internal and external are error free

  • Maintaining adequate internal control and segregation of duties which will result in optimum utilisation of resources

  • Close engagement with the countries

  • Ensuring team's adherence to the internal requirements

  • Leading and motivating the team

  • Ensuring that all the critical activities performed by the team are adequately covered under the business continuity plan

  • Monitoring monthly volume of assigned accounts and acting accordingly

Requisitos mínimos

Qualifications:

o Accounting, Finance, or any Business-related course.

o Excellent level of English (C1) and Spanish is a must

o MS Office Proficient (Excel, Word, Access, and Power point)Experience:

o 1-2 years team management experience performing a leadership role

o SAP FI/SD experience is a must

o Experience with Shared Services and/or Outsourced Service Delivery Models is a plus

o Client industry experience is a plusSkills:

o Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)

o Excellent Analytical and problem solving skills

o Accurate, efficient, and organized within daily responsibilities.

o Adaptable to learn new processes, concepts, and skills

o Understand Policies and Guidelines

o People management skills (1+ yrs prior experience)

o Ability to solve urgent matters and work under pressure

o Enjoy Working in a Fast-Paced Team Environment

o Goal-oriented
