We are looking for Secretary or personal assistant to the management. You will be mostly working on your own but in constant contact with the management to keep our database and internal lists up to date. You will prepare and coordinate signings of reservation contracts and title of deeds with lawyers, banks clients and developers. To get out of the office from time to time, about 10% of your work will be of commercial nature. You will attended clients that enter the office and show the apartments we have left on our onsite development.

- Languages: Spanish and English fluent
Motivated and flexible
Drivers License and own car
Administrative experience in the real estate sector
Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook)
Knowledge of accounting and further languages a plus
