If you have costumer support experience or relevant studies, we are looking for the right fit for an important IT Service Center company located in the capital of Tenerife, in Santa Cruz de Tenerife.
Requirements
-Business FluentRussian and at least a B2 in English

-Availability to work in Tenerife (Canary Island – Spain)

-Customer service and IT experience

-Accept rotating shift schedule

-Advanced computer literacy

Functions
-Customer Service and IT support

-Problem resolution

-IT troubleshooting

-Computer or Software consultations

-Tracking capabilities of all incoming problems

-Problem escalation proceedures

Conditions
- Paid training program of three weeks
- 6 month contract with the possibility to continue
- Full time position 40 hours a week
- salary: 13.800 gross a year
