Health and Safety Manager

Requirements:

- A degree level education and qualification in Técnico/a Superior en Prevención de Riesgos Laborales (including specializations in Seguridad en el Trabajo, Higiene Industrial y Ergonomía & Psicosociología aplicada).

-Familiarity with local health and safety regulations.

- At least 5 years of experience in a similar role

- Proficiency in English and the local language.

- Team management experience

- Effective communication skills



Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience with Lean, 5S, and Kaizen methodologies.

- Knowledge of sustainability practices.

- Strong communication skills with diverse stakeholders.

- Membership in relevant HR industry bodies.
