  • Lead HR Operations Teams for integration projects.

  • Deliver proactive, Employee-centric HR Operations: Onboarding, Performance &

    Talent, Reward, Benefits, Labor Relations, Payroll, Offboarding and HR Systems.

  • Drive HR Digital Transformation:Processes Automation, Optimize Payroll, Onboarding experience.

  • Business Integration: Centralize HR Technology, Operating model and Labor conditions.

  • Unify Vendors. Coach and develop employees in the new culture. Deliver redundancy program post-integration.

  • Ensuring acceptance of legal requirements and keeping 100% business continuity in transition through right change management.
