Finance Business Partner - Multinational Insurance Company

· Provide month end support to include understanding variances versus plan and preparation of monthly
management information.
· Liaise with business to populate plan assumptions to support both the strategic planning process and the
detailed planning process for both Group and Local reporting.
· Assist to the FP&A Systems business partner with the development and maintenance of planning models
and reporting tools (INFOR PM /HFM)
· Generation of SP planning financial statements (BS/IS/CF) for the HFM reporting to USA
· Local books review: Analysis, summary and insight generation of SP business performance
· Coordination and supervision of local planning process. Review, analysis and debate of hypothesis not
aligned with real performance or strategic line
· Engage with management to understand key challenges and identifying ways to address same
· Ensure governance standards are implemented and information is accurately and clearly presented.
· Provide support and challenge for strategic initiatives from a financial perspective, while maintaining focus on
company priorities.
· Provide analytical support for Senior Management & the Executive team as required
