BIM SPECIALIST - BELGIUM

Our Client and its affiliates have a number of projects requiring an experience Architectural / Engineering or CAD Technician with Building Information Modelling (BIM) experience for a BIM Specialist Rol.

REMUNERATION: € 35,000 gross per year. Flat paid by the Company

RESPONSABILITIES:

* Prepare and maintain BIM Execution Plan.
* Set up and maintain Project Models.
* Establish / maintain Model File Index and file management.
* Complete Quality checks on BIM models.
* Manage Project Family creation.
* Export Models to required file formats.
* Receive Models from Vendors / Third Parties.
* Create Federated Navisworks Model.
* Ensure that Model(s) are to office modelling standards.
* Set up and run Navisworks Clash Testing and Reporting.
* Chair weekly modelling meeting to review model progress and / or issues effecting modelling effort.

* 5+ years Production experience in Design, Drafting, Architecture or Engineering (must have experience in Project Deliverable Production in a Multi Discipline Design Environment.
* Experience with other BIM Platforms preferable (BIM 360), Autodesk Revit and Navisworks.
* Fluent in English is mandatory (this is a 100% English Work).
* Have ability to work as part of a team and independently.
* Must have strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Must be a self - starter who pursues continued professional development in BIM software and processes.
