  • 5* Luxury Resort in Marbella|Native level in English is a must

One of the best Luxury 5* Hotels in Marbella, recognised internationally.




  • Develops and implements the global marketing strategies for the resort, designed to achieve RevPar/share-of-wallet (non-room revenue) goals for departments including, but not limited to, spa, food and beverage, retail, concierge, and front office.

  • Manage and develop Resort (Hotel and Outlets) Branding.

  • Manage and Develop Promotions & Packages

  • Updates hotel web page content as needed to ensure up-to-date accuracy.

  • Manages all in-hotel messaging to guest including, but not limited to: plasma screens, front desk electronic signage, in-room and in-hotel collateral, entertainment guides, , in-room videos, transportation videos, key cards, etc.

  • Resort's Advertisement (digital, magazines, radio, billboards, etc.)

  • Manage Digital Marketing and Social Media Strategy.

  • Liaises with key departmental leaders and teams to assist with developing and implementing marketing plans and goals.

  • Liaises with Public Relations Manager to provide communications tools as needed for the implementation of local/regional publicity and promotions initiatives.

  • Engage with external outlets in the resort.

  • Coordinate Resorts Marketing activities with all the marketing team.

  • Coordinates and implements Strategic Alliance partner marketing program elements.

  • Develops, plans, and executes programs as necessary to achieve stated revenue goals.

  • Content creation, with external providers (Institutional and commercial videos, images, etc.)

  • Implements regular tracking of initiatives to determine results.

Requisitos mínimos
  • Native level of English or Bilingual is a must

  • 5+ years' experience in a marketing role deploying on/off campaigns in the hospitality industry

  • International experience (Outside of Spain) is a must

  • Deep knowledge of inbound and outbound strategies

  • Excellent eye for design and familiarity with applying brand standards to communication actions (tone, feel, message, etc.)

  • Strong writing abilities

  • Project-management skills with superb attention to detail and deadlines

  • Ability to work effectively and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment

  • Global mindset to define and deliver marketing strategy and campaigns that can scale nationally and internationally

  • Experience in defining a consumer brand voice and in implementing a corresponding strategy across channels

  • Experience in International Hotel Chains or with international exposure and international mindset.
