Reporting to the EMEA ETM (Energy, Test, and Measuring) General Manager, his / her responsibilities will be:
Responsible for managing the distribution network and maximize business opportunities in EMEA.
Develop a sales business plan and sales strategy with the General Manager, achieve business goals, and maximize the profitability within the network business unit. Fundamental to implement a sales policy within the distribution network on a regional and domestic level.
To establish long and stable partnerships.
To manage a team of sales members around EMEA. The candidate would have to settle performance objectives, make evaluations and optimize operational and sales performance, manage the budgets and prepare commercial reports for the direction.
To train and educate the distribution network by guiding them into the ETM product portfolio.
To guarantee that company standards and procedures are followed.
To help the company implement their brand into the EMA market. Maintain a close relationship with the EMEA Marketing Team.
