Delivering timely and accurate payroll services, ensuring that timelines are met per schedule and finance and audit requests are addressed
Performing root-cause investigation using performance data, identify performance gaps to define any issues and inform of operations improvements
Reporting: Produce ad hoc reports, create, and schedule regular standard report delivery to business, conduct and improve reporting to ensure reliability, validity and integrity of the data used in management reporting and investigation. Ensure manual reports are stored and are well-organized
Adding value: Enhance department and organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests while exploring opportunities to add value to services. Suggest process improvements that can streamline and improve customer service
Deliver outstanding customer service daily to both external and internal customers

Requisitos mínimos
Fluent in German and fluency in English
Experience working in German Payroll
Ability to work with liberty and within respect of deadlines
Must be able to work well with internal and external teams in a collaborative, diverse, international and fast paced environment
Detail-oriented and organized with good inquiring and problem-solving abilities
Experience working with various HR Systems and with PC applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook
