• Research, design, and implement algorithms and models for machine learning applied for the segmentation of cardiac medical images.

• MSc or PhD in computer science, engineering, or related field.


• Strong theoretical and practical background in machine learning and in particular with deep learning.


• Experience with machine learning libraries such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, Keras ideally, in their application to segmentation of medical images in Python and C++.


• Experience in VTK, MITK, wxWidgets and object-oriented programming is an asset.


• Experience in the use and development of medical imaging applications is an asset.


• Good communication skills, responsibility, teamwork, and ability to work and learn independently.
