We are looking for an ambitious and energetic business development manager to join a growing team. You will work closely with the business development director & marketing team to create and apply an effective sales strategy.

The key responsibilities are:
  • Become familiar with the technical & regulatory aspects of the business
  • Have a good understanding of the company services and be able to advise potential clients about them
  • Identify new business opportunities - including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, products and services
  • Communicate new services to prospective clients
  • Develop a growth strategy focused on financial gain & customer satisfaction
  • Manage company's customer relationship management cycle
  • Generate leads & new business
  • Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
  • Meet with customers/clients face-to-face or over the phone
  • Think strategically - seeing the bigger picture and setting aims and objectives in order to develop and improve the business
  • Work strategically - carrying out necessary planning in order to implement operational changes
  • Discuss promotional strategy and activities with the marketing department
  • Attend seminars, conferences and events where appropriate
  • Contribute to marketing copy and promotional content
